I am a convicted felon for drugs, did my time in 1991 and rehabilitation is completed, and since then clean. I havent had since 95 SSI operation at the neck 99 and worked since 95th In desperate to return to work, but I can not someone give me a chance because I have no record of the next 10 years because I have a record. Is there any help out there for the placement of a person like me?
