My brothers and I went with my father a few weeks ago, and the idea of my father, the food TV trays, nachos and hot dogs and sandwiches, soups .... especially the type of material. Totally not eat healthy for lunch and dinner.

What are the real meal, which could be done without any real food? There are 5 of us and should be easy to do because I have a full-time students in college, so we do not have time to spend an hour and a half to prepare the dinner that my mom made.
