Yes, if you had this asked in the forum of people with diabetes, are the answer for many women! It is entirely possible. It takes a lot of control, but we already knew. I am a Type-2-and second in my pregnancy. I know who are considered high risk and have more ultrasounds, exams, etc., but the most important things that they relate to the high sugar in the first quarter to avoid - but the risk of permanent hyperglycemia have. In other words, are women who are most at risk women who did not know they have diabetes, and women who for some reason, that the diabetes is. If you were the sugar should have the supervision to be good.

The Internet can scare to death to keep that in mind. Birth defects are linked primarily to sugar in the blood is not tested. If your blood sugar is in control of their statistical probability is the same percentage as non-diabetic women.

Congratulations!

While you control your blood sugar levels and is healthy, the pregnancy will go well. Most diabetics have no problems during pregnancy.
